Jacob is our Assistant High School Director here at the Naz. He helps to provide mentorship and guidance to our high school students (9-12), as well as helping his sister plan some pretty awesome events for our teens.
Jacob was recently called to ministry when he graduated college in May of 2021. Luke 8:39 is where he felt the Lord was directing him. “Now, go back to your family, and tell them everything God has done for you.” So he went all through the town proclaiming the great things Jesus had done for him.” Jacob returned home from college, not sure what that verse meant to him, and why God was placing it on his heart, but he soon had a conversation with Pastor Nathan that brought that verse to life.
Jacob is passionate about spreading the good news of Jesus to everyone. He is excited to help our high school students to grow deeper in their relationships with God, and loves to see the hunger these kids have for the presence of Jesus.
When Jacob isn’t hanging out at the church, he’s working as a Financial Account Executive at Hummel Group in Orrville. Jacob is a hard-worker, but he plays hard too. Jacob loves playing golf and basketball, working out, and riding his bike. A secret talent of Jacob’s? He could probably give the guy on ‘Man vs. Food’ a run for his money, come on, wiith all Jacob does, he has to eat quite a bit to stay energized.
